What is included with the rent or studio agreement at Sola Salons? Your Sola studio is fully equipped for your beauty or wellness business. It includes cabinetry, a shampoo bowl (if applicable), and a hand sink. All utilities—water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and HVAC—are covered in your rent. Our maintenance team handles any plumbing, electrical, or Wi-Fi issues, and we offer after-hours emergency support for your peace of mind.
What lease terms are available, and are there flexible options? We offer both one- and two-year lease options, with weekly rent payments. The two-year lease is our most popular choice, as time flies and it offers more stability! We also offer incentives for renewals and referrals that can help you save money. Rent is automatically withdrawn every Monday from your designated bank account, so you never have to worry about submitting payments manually.
