What’s included in my studio rent at Sola Salons? Your studio comes fully equipped with cabinetry, a shampoo bowl or hand sink, and essential furniture for hair or specialty services. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance, are covered. After-hours emergency support is also available.
How do I handle utilities and maintenance issues? We’ve got you covered! For emergencies, call our maintenance hotline. During business hours, you'll reach our facilities manager. After hours, our call center will assist. For non-emergencies, simply submit a ticket via QR code, and we'll keep you updated on the status.
Are there any restrictions on operating hours? You have 24/7 access to your studio! You set your schedule, giving you full control. For safety, the building is locked at night, but you can buzz clients in anytime.
