Hi! I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself. Originally from New Jersey, I moved here 14 years ago with my family, husband and two sons. I have always wanted to be a hairdresser, literally a childhood dream since I was 5! I had an early start in the beauty industry. While going to Cosmetology school, I started my first job in a hair salon at 16, where I was an apprentice for over 2 years. I then got my license right out of high-school at age 18. I have worked in upscale salons across New Jersey and New York until the age of 30. I started a family and took a 10 year sabbatical from hair to raise my two beautiful boys. Once my kids got a little older, I decided it was time to come back to my childhood dream! I've been working in Fort Mill for the last 9 years until I decided it was time for me to open my own studio. You might ask, what is a Sei Bella? I guess you could say it's an homage to my grandmother. When I was a little girl, every time she would see me she would pinch my cheeks and say, "quanto sei bella". Which in Italian means, how beautiful are you?! I just shortened it to "Sei Bella" which means you are beautiful! It made so much sense to name my studio Sei Bella. My message to all women is YOU are Beautiful! And it brings to mind the lovely reminder of my sweet grandmother.
