Chelsea Shields is a salon professional with 20 years of experience. Chelsea started her career assisting a former Vidal Sassoon stylist. It was during this early period in her career that she discovered the value of continued education. Every week she would spend hours perfecting new techniques. Throughout her carrier Chelsea has invested many hours into taking as many classes as she could and as a result has had the opportunity to be taught by and work with many of the titans in the industry. As Chelsea matured in the industry her continued passion for education opened another avenue for growth. In 2012 she realized a long time dream of becoming a Paul Mitchell National Educator. As a stylist, educator, and salon owner, she seeks to share her knowledge and talents with fellow cosmetologists and provide excellence behind the chair for clients.
