Welcome to Hair By Chloe! I am a hair stylist dedicated to giving my clients their dream hair. I am known for my work with blonding, balayage, and extensions. I offer a wide variety of services including but not limited to, luxury hair extensions, blonding, and lived in color transformations. I have taken a variety of blonding, coloring, and extension classes, continually educating myself through courses and hands on seminars. I enjoy how working as a stylist brings out my creative side and allows me to utilize these skills
