I am a licensed permanent makeup artist and certified in Microchanneling procedures with Procell Therapies Growth Factor Serum. To be more specific, I do semi-permanent make-up on lips, brows and eyes. Permanent makeup, also known as permanent cosmetic tattoos or micro-pigmentation that can last between 1-3 years.
