My Name is Devin and I have been working in salons since I was 14 years old. I was told as a teenager that I had “the talent” but it took me a long time to figure out exactly what that meant. Not only did I (eventually) figure out that I had a natural artistic eye but I also found out that I had a knack for the business side of the salon industry as well.
