Hey there! I’m Diem! I have been a hairstylist since I was basically a baby, but I attended cosmetology school and became a licensed cosmetologist in 2016. Straight out of cosmetology school, I interned under one of the most blessed sets of hands in my city and went on to fall deeper in love with styling. Due to a few moves, I separated myself from cosmetology and accelerated quickly in the corporate sector. While successful, I was not as fulfilled as I had once experienced in this industry. So after years of a sabbatical and though I am building from the bottom in a new city, I am back and I’ve hit the ground running! While I have always specialized in cuts and color, I have become a certified K Tip engineer. I have fallen in love with the versatility of this style and have witnessed my clients do the same one installation at a time! Thus, K Tip installations have become my specialty! My company, Diem Style Studio is also known as DS2, the feel good formula. My passion is focusing on total identity, opposed to mometary confidence! Every time you walk into a room, your presence says something. I’m excited to help style you in a way that gives the statement you’ve been longing for! I have worked with countless women with varying hair types, textures, density and lengths. The beauty is finding what makes you feel best, and working from there in a way that will honor your natural hair and keep it healthy!
