I have a strong passion for a more natural approach to hair and encourage clients to work with their natural texture. I have been working exclusively with curly and natural textured hair for seven years. After my fair share of unbalanced and unmanagable haircuts, I began cutting my own hair, which lead to me cutting my sisters’ hair (and anyone else’s who would allow me). After deciding nursing school was not the path for me, I attended cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute. I found myself longing for a career that I could use both my creativity and my passion for helping others.
