Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Jackie attended cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute to become a hair stylist. After graduating in 2012, she moved up to Austin, TX to work at an Aveda salon in the North Austin area. During her five years at the salon, she took numerous courses under some of the top names of Aveda. Focusing on current hair trends in coloring, cutting, and styling for both men and women. She assisted and learned from two Master stylists in the salon and worked her way up to becoming a Senior stylist. Education has always played a pivotal role in Jackie's work, and it will continue to be the foundation of her career's progression.
