I've been a licensed hairstylist since 1985. I spent my 1st 10 years honing my hair cutting skills working in various places including a barber shop before coming to the Walnut Creek area in 1995 to seek more advanced training in hair color and hairstyling. From January of 1999-2005, I was given the exciting opportunity to educate for Redken 5th Avenue. They kept me really busy traveling around the country where I received ongoing education in all avenues of hairdressing as well as facilitating. I'm now committed to the salon full time. In 2007, I was very honored to be voted “The Best Hair Colorist in the East Bay” by my clients and readers of Diablo Magazine. I am totally committed to seeking ongoing education to further my skills both technically and in business. I now use Davines & Redken color products and can customize a hair care regime to fit both your needs and lifestyle. In 2010 I became a salon owner at Sola Salon Studios & it’s the best business decision I’ve ever made. I think as a client, you’ll love the more intimate atmosphere.
