Jess has always been passionate about hair and the beauty industry. She loves making people feel good as well as watching the transformations happen. She specializes in custom color, lived-in balayage, and soft dimensional highlights. She loves all types of lightening services, whether it's blondes or brunettes!

Back in 2021, Jess received her Master Colorist Certificate from Wella. The Master Color Expert journey consists of a series of classes in New York City. These classes not only tested her skill, but pushed her to think outside her comfort zone. She studied the chemistry of color, the makeup of hair, and all the reasons why situations can happen. This program is the highest level of mastery through Wella, which has given her all the knowledge and confidence to be behind the chair. Her creative thinking helps her customize color that tends to her clients needs and lifestyle.

When she's not working behind the chair, she is usually watching Grey's Anatomy, going to the beach, or taking a class to catch up on the newest techniques!
