I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Karla @ Joce. Karla is amazing!! I was looking for a new hairstylist in my area and originally, I reached out to Jocelyn, but Jocelyn was already booked. Karla reached out to me right away as an alternative. Karla quickly booked my appointment on the day I wanted. My hair needed a lot of work and Karla was able to walk me through step by step on the process and what is to come. My hair already looks and feels amazing! The salon is cute, modern, and very clean! I highly recommend Karla and Joce Salon! Karla makes you feel like you are long time friend! I already have my next appointment, I would recommend booking in advance. With the way these ladies work, I can see their calendars being full!

Karla is the best and so amazing at what she does! I've been going to her since December of 2015, and we've been progressively getting my hair lighter. I came to her wanting a warm toned balayage, then we eventually did an ombré with the balayage. As of now, I've switched to a more cooler toned, and took my balayage closer to my root. She's always made me feel so beautiful every time I walk out of the salon and my hair still feels so soft and healthy even throughout the entire lightning process. 10/10 would definitely recommend her!!

Joce has been doing my hair for over 10 years now. She knows exactly what to do and what my hair needs. I completely trust her and just let her color and cut my hair fitting to whatever season it is and what would look best on me. The salon is very clean and she uses the best products, my hair always comes out smelling so good too, which is another plus. People end up complimenting my hair even weeks after I've gotten it done. Highly recommend Joce, she knows what's best for your hair, super sweet and friendly, and you'll come out of there feeling beautiful and fabulous!

I've been looking for a new hair stylist since I've moved to Otay Ranch and after 2 years of jumping from salon to salon, I've finally found a stylist that knows my hair! Karla!! My thick, coarse hair has seen many a bad hair cut, but Karla knew exactly what would work best with my hair. I threw my hair cut trust issues out the door and welcomed a fresh new look. She created a long bob that was not too thin and textured perfectly. It could be styled with either a defined sleek straight look or shapely when curled into cute beachy waves. She also gave me a subtle ashy caramel balayage to complete the look. I am beyond satisfied and will definitely keep coming back! :)

Love, love, love this place!!! It has been so hard to find a stylist who is consistent and so caring with hair, then I ran into this place!! Karla is my stylist and she is amazing at what she does, a true professional. The studio is small, but comfy and very welcoming from Joce and Karla. Discovered this hidden gem in the Otay Ranch Mall through Yelp and am blown away by the awesome work that Joce did! She's so talented and is a total sweetheart to talk to. In a matter of 2hrs, she managed to turn me from drab to fab!!! I absolutely love the cut and color. Thank you Joce!!!

I highly recommend this salon! I was looking for a new hairstylist and discovered this salon on yelp. I was lucky to get a Saturday appointment in with Karla and let me tell you, she transformed my hair back to life! Prior to my appointment, I sent her pics of my hair situation as well as pics of what I wanted done (light honey balayage) Karla set the expectation that my hair will have to go through a few sessions to achieve the lighter color I wanted so that my hair doesn't get damaged and I really respected that. She knows what she's doing and I trust her work. I'm so happy to know have a hairstylist that I trust and is professional and efficient. I left with a new fresh 'do and boosted confidence (new hair, who dis?) Thank you Jocelyn and Karla!

If you are looking for the best hairstylists you can stop now, because this is JOCE THE PLACE FOR YOU! I've had my hair done twice so far by Karla and let me tell you she's is amazing!! I've watched Jocelyn work on her clients too and she is amazing as well! These ladies are so professional, friendly and really take the time to listen to you and really care for your hair. I am so excited that tonight I am going to get my hair done again with Joce. Since the first time, there are no words for...she made me BEAUTIFUL. She took care of every request I had and did it in such an amazing time period that it took my breath away. My honey isn't one for words very often, but he REALLY loved how my hair looked when I came home. I know he is looking forward to what ever tricks she does tonight for me. Her studio is classy and elegant. It is even more beautiful that her hubby helped her make it that way.
