Hair by Julie Cooper is a private studio located inside Sola Salon Studios in Jacksonville, FL. Julie Cooper has been in the industry for 20 years with a passion for color and highlights. She has an extensive color training background at an Intercoiffure salon, the most powerful and influential organization in the hair dressing industry where only the highest prized leading hair salons hold membership to. Julie worked and trained at Robert’s Salon and Day Spa in Indianapolis for two years before bringing her skills to Jacksonville in 2007. She excels in corrective colors while maintaining realistic expectations and integrity of the hair. In addition, Julie also has experience with Micro Links hair extensions.
