Kaitlyn cuts my stepdaughters hair and while my stepdaughter suffers from multiple emotional disorders, she has felt so comfortable and cared for by Kaitlyn during their session. The level of care Kaitlyn takes in communicating with her and walks her through the whole process is beyond appreciated and we will keep coming back.
