Hello! My name is Kasi, thanks for checking out my studio! I graduated cosmetology school in 2011 and received multiple awards at the district, and state levels during my cosmetology academic career.

After graduation I had the pleasure of working at multiple salons with stylists who have helped me to advance my craft along the way. Most recently I was employed at a Salon for the last 6 years where I was mentored by the owner who was also an educator for the Italian color line I now carry called Milkshake.

I spent years advancing my career to a senior stylist level which led me to the decision to open my own studio space, Rustic Roots. I specialize in lightening services, color, cutting and texturizing. I am cetified in Barbicide disinfection and always prioritize a clean and safe environment. 

I pride myself on being a creative, compassionate, and hard working stylist, eager to meet the needs of my clients on a personal and professional level. In addition to my cosmetology career I also completed a bachelor of science in biology, concentrated in psychology which has given me a deep appreciation for the scientific and personal side of the hair industry.

I am grateful for my loyal clientele and excited to continue to grow in this field.
