Katie is a San Diego native. She has been in the industry since 2007. She is deeply committed to her evolving passion for creative and advanced hair color, hilighting, balayage, ombre, precision haircutting, and styling. She believes in ongoing education and has trained with Bumble and Bumble, Unite, Vidal Sassoon, and Wella. She has styled hair for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Escondido, Christmas Tree Lane Fashion Show, and has attended numerous advanced Wella color classes. Katie's commitment to excellence earned her a place on the education team as a network educator for Bumble and Bumble at her previous salon. Katie pays close attention to detail and loves making people feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. When Katie is not creating in the salon, she has a passion for traveling, snowboarding, hiking, finding new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
