Hi, I am Krista, and I have been a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator since 2020. I was an administrative assistant for 20 years, working in the mental health and wellness, roofing, and construction industries prior to becoming a massage therapist. So, I know the demands that the corporate world puts on our minds, bodies, and overall health.
I have over 1000 hours of hands-on training in massage and continue my education monthly because living is learning and growing!
I absolutely love how massage can facilitate healing within.
