After training under Thomas Joseph as his first protege, Leslie went on to receive certificates from Vidal Sassoon Academy in Advanced Training. Additionally, she has received accreditation from Horst, Jon English with Aveda, Goldwell Advanced Hair-Coloring, Yosh Toya, Paul Mitchell, Toni and Guy, and Unite Academy. In recent years she has specialized in hair regrowth for those with finer hair and is Hot Heads Extensions certified.
