My bodywork profession began May of 2015 after graduating from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Madison College where I was trained in traditional Swedish style massage as well as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal, hot stone, sport, and lymphatic massage. I am also trained in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), more commonly referred to as Graston Technique, and cupping therapy.
