My name is Melanie Rose, I am the proud owner of Bel Colore Salon LLC! After 8 years in the indusrty and only 26 years old I wanted my own persoanl space to pamper my clients in, with with nothing but my own style and personal touches. I have clients from all ages and mostly colors(especially blondes)! I also have my fair share of Brunettes and Grey coverage clients. I used to teach for Oligo Professional and now use their color line exclusively, alongside IGK retail products. All clients are welcome!
