Michelle is a Connecticut raised Southern Bell with a passion for hair design and hair care. She attended Southern Connecticut State University where she majored in Business Management and attended Brio Academy of Cosmetology. Later she went on to receive her Bachelors of Arts Degree from Central Connecticut State University. In her spare time, she is a substitute teacher.

Michelle has been doing hair since she was a young girl. She first started working in a barbershop in 2004 and was called a pro because of her technical braiding work that gained her a large clientele. Soon after that she began doing hair shows throughout the Hartford area; showcasing her passion for hair design. She was also featured in a NYC based show called The Hair Architect Show where she competed to become a celebrity stylist assistant. Most recently, she worked for JC Penney Salon for 8 years, where she earned the distinction of Master Stylist and learned a great deal about customer service and product use.

By keeping up with the latest trends, Michelle continues to be innovative and current. She specializes in Natural Hair styling such as braiding, locking and twisting; as well as Chemical Services such as coloring, highlighting, perms and relaxers. Michelle is also skilled at weaving and braiding extensions with natural and synthetic hair. More importantly, Michelle specializes in customer service by going above and beyond to satisfy the hair care needs of her clients. Teaching her clients who seek trendy, healthy hair styles how to manage their look at home, with the right hair care products, for their hair type is a cornerstone of her hair care philosophy.
