Hair color and cut My daughter took me to Pepe about 4 years ago well I am still seeing him. It started with him just doing my hair when I was in town now that I have moved to FL he is the only one that does my hair. I had to have brain surgery so they cut my hair (i have always had long hair) I had to go short and was not happy about it. Well Pepe talked me into a nice short cut with color and 2 years later I am still rocking my cut. Not only is he good he is caring, and knows your needs. He is the BEST!!!!! *****
