Welcome to Rejane's Hair Studio. Rejane is a Brazilian native who always loved everything about hair. Upon relocating to NY in 1988, Rejane spent most of her adult years working corporate jobs. In 2008, she decided that it was time to pursue her passion in the beauty industry. She received her license in cosmetology; freelanced providing bridal party hair services that included blowouts, up dos, wash and sets. In 2011, she joined the leader in the natural hair care industry, Miss Jessie’s Soho Salon, as a stylist assistant. After extensive training, she became a senior stylist, doing natural cuts, color and styles to clients at the salon. She worked alongside Titi and Miko Branch (co-founders and CEOs of Miss Jessie’s) on various photo and video shoots for the company’s marketing campaigns. Rejane also participated in many hair shows and beauty conventions. Her goal with this new venture at Sola Salon Studios is to apply all her skills and experience she acquired over the years on a more personal, one-on-one experience, with a more relaxed and private atmosphere.
