•This is my 33rd.year as Just Nails • I opened one of the first full service nail salons in 1988 at Shab Row in downtown Frederick,Md. • I taught manicuring at Frederick Community College as a Continuing Education Evening Class • My Nail Art is handpainted and has been featured in the Frederick Magazine and the industry publication Nails magazine
