"Richelle was on time and waiting when I arrived for my appointment. After contacting her on thumbtack, it only took 24 hours for her to return my email. She was willing to take down another stylist sew-in since I could not get in touch with the stylist anymore. I felt welcome in her shop and she took the time to look over my micro-link sew in to figure out the best method to remove it. She was very patient with me and my son while we were there with a smile. She also shampooed and conditioned my hair with no style since I told her I was going swimming. I wasn't expecting to pay as much compared to my last experiences and cost, but I certainly learn you get what you pay for. My hair was soft, straight, and manageable for when I flat ironed it next time. She even gave me tips on how to moisturize my hair, and help control the dandruff without knowing if I was going to return for her services anymore.
