 Hi! My name is Stelina Carter in 2016 I had a vision, it was that I could grab a paint brush and my tools to create beautiful masterpieces that could change people’s days, weeks and even lives. That very day I registered for school at the Aveda Institute NM. In 2016 I graduated early and at the very top of her class. In this industry, I believe we do carry the capabilities to change or impact someone’s life in a beautiful way. We get make everlasting meaningful relationships and make people feel good inside and out! Since following my dream, I have been voted Best of the city Top 5!
