Steve Glasgow | Independent Stylist
During the year of 2006, Steve began his basic cosmetology training in Las Vegas, NV. Shortly after obtaining his cosmetology license, he moved to Colorado Springs and joined the Toni&Guy Hairdressing team (who are known for the product line TIGI Bedhead) as an apprentice. During his role as an apprentice, he learned and followed the guidance of his educators and had to pass a haircut evaluation on a live model every Tuesday evening to progress as a stylist/art director with the company. After a year of determination, Steve progressed from an Apprentice to an Art Director level and began to take clients. Steve says the role of being an Apprentice was challenging and the standards expected were very high, but was well worth it in the long run. "It was during this time my knowledge from my basic cosmetology education was elevated, fine tuned and allowed me to path my future with creative, contemporary and/or commercial work. Steve's work has been printed in the Colorado Springs Independent magazine in 2011. In 2012 Steve relocated to Tulsa to be closer to his family and he is pleased to offer a European style of hair services to the Tulsa area.
