Dr. Mak wholeheartedly believes in the far-reaching power of a genuine smile, and loves watching patients blossom as they begin to express themselves with confidence. Every person is unique, and it is with this in mind that she tailors a customized plan for each individual to help them love the way they look and feel. Whether a patient needs anti aging cosmetic injections, periodontal plastic surgery, a smile makeover, or a full mouth reconstruction to rebuild the internal architecture of the lower face, her goal is always to restore health as well as have an end result that is in complete harmony with the patient’s unique face and personality. Dr. Mak graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in Rhode Island, and the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. A lifelong learner, she has studied and mentored with the best in the world – Dr Christian Coachman, Dr Kay Durairaj, Dr Lara Devgan, Julie Horne – just to name a few. She holds memberships with various professional organizations, including the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and the American Medspa Association (AMSPA).
