I have been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, and the last 12 I have worked for a Plastic Surgeon at a Surgery Center. I purchased a Laser and can treat brown spots, skin tightening, and laser hair removal. Botox can help to diminish fine lines and or be used preventatively.
