Teri knows what she was doing and really knows how to hit those areas that need the most attention. She made sure I was comfortable, and the pressure wasn't too much throughout the massage. When my massage was over, she gave recommendations on what to do so I wouldn't be AS sore the next couple of days. As a Bonus......She Works With Veterans.
