In the past 12 years Jessie has done my hair color at least 3 times a year. So with that being said I think out of at least 36 times, I think we had a miscommunication twice. (I’m pretty sure it was actually my fault) but Jessie never made me feel that way!! She jumped right away to correct the situation without making me feel like it was anything I said incorrectly. To me a hairstylist making you hair look great and making you feel comfortable is everything.
