I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2017 and I love what I do. With experience in chiropractic and spa environments I have honed my intuitive touch and developed a keen understanding of the human body that will allow me to provide you the healing and restoration you are after.
Throughout a massage I will use a variety of therapeutic techniques: Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy, and more to promote relaxation after a stressful day and/or melt away the discomforts of a chronic issue.
