Jes is an amazing colorist. I started seeing her at a different location and was heart broken when I found out she was leaving. I was so happy with her work, I decided to follow her to her new salon and I am so glad I did! It's been 10 years since I've been this comfortable with my color. She has several certifications and truly listens to her clients before starting a process. She is also very up front about expected results, time and cost which is so important when the style you're looking for might take 2 or 3 stages. I highly recommend her to both new-to-color and experienced clients. I especially recommend her for color corrections, which is how we originally started working together. I went to 3 hair salons upon my arrival to Arizona. Each leaving my hair worse than the previous. My hair was a disaster. I had my hair quite long and ended up cutting 6 inches. Yet it still looked pretty bad. Just when I was ready to give up and cut it all and dye it one color. I went into the salon without saying much, quite upset that I had to do a cut. The stylist [Jes] examined my hair, gave me a sympathetic smile and got to work. I wish I would have taken pictures of it. You would not believe the difference in texture and shine.
