For as long as I can remember I’ve loved doing hair!
In 1986 I finally decided to make a career of it and enrolled in cosmetology school.
Continuing education is paramount to being inspired and feeling connected to other stylists. So I have attended advanced training for coloring, hair cutting, and makeup application in New York, Colorado, and here in Minnesota.
I came to Sola in 2016 and haven’t looked back. I love the flexibility of having my own studio to decorate and work when it’s convenient to my busy family life. In Sola you have the privacy of being in your own suite yet you never feel alone.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, listening to True Crime podcasts, reading mindless novels, as well as getting outside as much as possible.

I met Timi about 5 years ago because I was a receptionist at a salon she worked at. After getting to know her and absolutely loving her personality and watching her work wonders on her clients hair, I decided I'd give her a try at my hair. I'm a picky client who is very particular with my blonde hair. Never once in the 4 years I've had Timi color and cut my hair, have I not liked it!! She is great at what she does. And she answers all my questions (which I have a lot) while getting my hair done with words I can understand and she never seems annoyed! My husband, teen daughter, and 11 year son all have been going too Timi for awhile. I'd recommend Timi to anyone!
