My name is Tracy . I am a Master Stylist creating captivating looks for over 12 years.
I specialize in many areas of styling including balayage, dimensional color and cutting. My vision for you is to find the style that best defines your individual brand of beauty.

Prior to opening Forma Studio Salon I was a Senior Master Stylist for 8.5 years at Mane Attraction Salon in Phoenix ,Arizona . I was mentored and apprenticed under Kendall Ong and Beate Ong where I received my advanced cut and color training.
My love for hairdressing thrived while I was at MAS earning the opportunity to become an educator for cutting and developing their special occasion training module.
Mane Attraction Salon’s partnership with Bumble and Bumble inspired me to continue my advanced education in New York .
In 2018, I was selected to represent Bumble and Bumble as Brand Ambassador. I am still tickled pink at the opportunities this position created, allowing me to study in New York under some of the most talented stylists in the countr
My education has led me to do hair allover the world. My most recent international endeavor was with Wella Color Professionals in Berlin and Vidal Sassoon in Hamburg, Germany!

I am beyond blessed to have found a career I can honestly say I was CREATED to do . My love for this industry continues to grow in deeper and more meaningful ways everyday.
As a stylist behind the chair, connecting with clients and coworkers has truly been an life experience that has shaped me into the woman I am today.

Today I am most passionate about authentic and meaningful connection. This passion led me to step out on my own and create Forma Studio Salon, a private studio designed to cultivate connectivity and creativity .
Forma, the Latin word for beauty , is a seed I hope to see take root , connecting people to inspire, create and grow together.
My vision is to use the platform of hairdressing to connect in a time we need it most.
