Victor brings a wealth of experience from this journey, pairing his knowledge of business with a deep passion for inclusive, affirming beauty services. An alum of The University of Pennsylvania and Aveda-trained, he uses his skills to create a salon experience where every client feels valued and empowered to express their authentic selves.
